Do you ship internationally?

Thank you for your inquiry. Unfortunately, we do not currently offer international shipping. We appreciate your understanding.

How can I cancel my order?

Thank you for your message. If you would like to cancel your order, please contact our customer service and provide your order number. Alternatively, if available, you can use the cancellation function directly in your customer account. Please note that cancellation is only possible as long as the order has not yet been shipped.

Can I change my delivery address?

Thank you for your inquiry. Changing the delivery address is generally possible as long as your order has not yet been shipped. Please contact our customer service as soon as possible and provide your order number and the new delivery address. We will then gladly check if a change is still possible.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

Thank you for your inquiry. For orders within Germany, the delivery time is usually 2 to 4 business days after receipt of payment. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number, which you can use to check the current status of your delivery at any time.

How much are the shipping costs?

We offer free shipping within Germany. For other countries, the shipping costs displayed at checkout apply.

What payment methods do you offer?

We accept PayPal, Klarna and instant bank transfer.

How often should I use the devices?

The recommended duration and frequency of use depend on the device. Details can be found in the enclosed instruction manual.

Can I share the devices with other people?

For hygiene reasons, we recommend that each device be used by only one person unless it has interchangeable attachments.

Do you offer a warranty on the devices?

Yes, we offer a 2-year manufacturer's warranty on all devices.

Can I return a device if I'm not satisfied?

You can cancel your order within 14 days of receipt. Please note that devices can only be returned if they are unused and in their original packaging.

Are the devices medically tested?

Our devices are CE certified and comply with applicable EU safety standards.

Do I have to pay the return shipping costs myself?

Yes, you are responsible for return shipping costs if you cancel an order or simply don't like the product. However, if your order arrives defective or damaged, we will of course cover the return shipping costs and ensure a quick resolution.
