Delivery times

  • Standard delivery: 1–6 working days after conclusion of contract (in case of advance payment, after receipt of payment).
  • There are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.
  • For orders containing items with different delivery times, we ship them **in one shipment**. The item with the **longest delivery time** is decisive.

Visibility: The estimated delivery time is clearly displayed on the product page or at the latest during checkout.

Returns & Costs

You can return items in accordance with our return policy . Please note:

  • The customer bears the direct costs of the return shipment .
  • For returns that cannot be sent by parcel post, additional costs may apply depending on the shipping company (see the cancellation page for guidelines).
